Houston, Texas – DEForce Racing, a leading force in motorsport development, proudly unveils the establishment of the DEForce Racing Driver Development (DEForce DD), set to compete in the prestigious USF Juniors Presented by Continental Tire Championship.
The creation of the DEForce Racing Driver Development signifies a significant expansion of the USF Juniors Championship operation, providing a platform for less experienced drivers to join the program. Rooted in DEForce Racing's core philosophy of growth and excellence, this initiative aims to nurture emerging talent, with the goal of enabling drivers to transition seamlessly from DEForce Driver Development to DEForce Racing after gaining one or two years of invaluable experience.
"At DEForce Racing, our core principles revolve around excellence, mentorship, and opportunity. With the launch of DEForce DD, we aim to extend these values to a broader spectrum of drivers who may not have extensive experience but possess immense potential and dedication," said David Martinez, Team Principal at DEForce Racing.
The primary goal of DEForce DD is to create a supportive environment where budding drivers can thrive, access top-tier resources, and receive guidance from experienced professionals. Aspiring drivers will have exclusive access to invaluable data, engineering profiles and driving notes, providing them with the tools needed to accelerate their growth within the sport.
"We've been incredibly fortunate to receive interest from talented drivers worldwide who resonate with our philosophy and approach. This overwhelming response has inspired us to expand our operations and create a dedicated program where individuals can develop their skills while being immersed in our team's culture," Ernesto Martinez, Team Principal added.
DEForce DD will run parallel to the existing DEForce Racing program, ensuring that the same principles, atmosphere, and commitment to excellence are extended to this new endeavor. The synergy between the two entities will provide a seamless transition for drivers aiming to progress within the DEForce Racing ecosystem. Driver announcements will be made at a later time.
