DAWSONVILLE, GA – VRD Racing is thrilled to announce that Ryan Giannetta will join the team for the 2025 USF Juniors season. Giannetta, who recently secured a third-place finish in the Skip Barber Formula Series, is set to bring his impressive talent to the USF Juniors Presented by Continental Tire championship.
The 14-year-old Californian began his racing journey in local karting at just six years old. He climbed the ranks through various competitions, culminating in three appearances at the SKUSA SuperNationals. Giannetta’s strong performance in the Skip Barber Formula Series has positioned him well for the next stage of his racing career with VRD Racing in the USF Juniors Championship.
“I’m very excited to announce that I’ll be joining VRD Racing for the 2025 season,” said Giannetta. “I’m looking forward to having a successful year in the USF Juniors Series. VRD Racing’s Dan Mitchell shared his optimism for the upcoming season: “Ryan is a rookie driver with limited time in a car. However, he has consistently been in the top three at both the IMS and Mid-Ohio tests. His ability to listen and implement our advice is second to none. We fully expect him to be competitive from the first round at NOLA.”
With a strong foundation in nurturing young drivers, VRD Racing is committed to supporting Giannetta as he embarks on his first full season in USF Juniors.
