There were plenty of positive takeaways for DCA Autosport in the USF Juniors Presented by Cooper Tires tripleheader at VIRginia International Raceway last weekend – but in equal measure, the team rued what might have been.

The weekend at VIRginia International Raceway (VIR) may not have ended in a podium celebration for Jimmie Lockhart, but the 16-year-old from Florida succeeded in mastering one of the most important skills in motorsport, overtaking.

VRD Racing’s Jimmie Lockhart is aiming to add three more strong finishes to his season-long total at VIR this weekend and make a run at the USF Juniors Presented by Cooper Tires championship.
