Carson Etter will contest his rookie season in the USF Juniors Presented by Cooper Tires in 2023, joining DC Autosport for his second full year in open-wheel racing.

Confirming the likes of Max Taylor, Zack Ping and Ethan Barker, VRD Racing is pleased to confirm the addition of Jimmie Lockhart. After graduating from the VRD Academy program, Lockhart will begin his preseason testing immediately with his sights set on the first event in late March.
